Making a payment for your WINhealth plan is easy. Just use one of the following methods:
#1: Make a Secure payment online
Please click the "Pay Online" button below and follow the instructions to make a credit card, debit card, or checking account payment online. You will be asked to enter your credit card or bank account information along with the monthly premium owed from the total amount indicated on the Health Insurance Marketplace or your WINhealth welcome letter on the page that follows.
If you would like to setup a monthly auto payment, please follow these steps:
*Please keep in mind, if your premium changes, the automatic payment WILL NOT automatically update to the new premium amount, you will need to remove the existing auomatic payment and add a new one. This may apply to individual exchange members who receive an Advanced Premium Tax Credit (subsidy) and have a change in the amount of their tax credit during the course of the year. This will also apply to the majority of WINhealth members that renew on a 2016 WINhealth plan that begins January 1, 2016 or later.
#2: Pay by phone
You can make a secure credit card, debit card, or checking account payment via an automated IVR Line System over the phone to pay your 2015 premiums. The number is 866-635-0964.
If you are paying your 2014 premium by credit or debit card over the phone, please call 307-773-1300 instead.
#3: Pay by Cash
You can pay with cash in-person by visiting the WINhealth office nearest to you:

#4: Pay by Check or Money Order
You can pay by check or money order by mailing your payment to WINhealth's billing and payment partner in Chicago, Illinois. Please address the envelope to WINhealth to be sure your payment makes it to the right place.
